A petition, "with thousands of signatures sent to the legislatures" would show support to the opposition of any gun bans. If a legislator sees any possible way they could be turning the voters against them, "resulting in a failure for re-election" then there would be teeth in such a petition.

This petition could perhaps do all that, if it was addressing a bill that the Florida legislature was considering.

Then it would be a petition, "to show voters" the thousands of voters who don't support the gun ban initiative. Every initiative has supporters and detractors. Once again, it is a petition of 2ndA supporters, " erasing a one sided argument for support" of an insane anti gun bill or initiative. First of all the anti BAWN petition is more or less a statement from FL gun owners.It not going to be necessary. Because BAWN don?t stand a snowballs chance in hell of getting anywhere near the signatures required to make it on the ballot. There would have to be a lot of liberal cheating going on.

Unfortunately,the socialist liberals will forever continue to threaten to take away our guns and our Second Amendment rights. It will be a constant fight to keep our rights.
