Federal judge in Calif rules the Calif "hi-cap" mags law Unconstitutional

A federal judge from southern district of California has ruled California's ban on hi-cap magazines (holding more than 10 rounds) is unconstitutional. He had earlier issued an injunction which was upheld by the Appeals Court, and now has ruled it failed the Heller test of common use, therefor gave it the big No-no.

Even in the ninth circuit, sometimes the rule of law breaks through all the left-wing political power-grabbing.

Yep. Came as a huge shock to me! At first I thought it might be some kind of early April Fool's Day prank.

Many of my fellow Californians have been gorging at the trough of online magazine vendors over the last 24 hours. From what I've read anyway. There are even lists put up online of web sellers who have been quick to open up sales to CA.

With Pres Trump getting several conservative federal judges confirmed to the 9th it might not be such a liberal lock in the near future...

This is hilarious. From what I'm reading on "our" calguns.net forum, Californians have been buying out many online retailers of their magazines over the last couple of days. Many places are completely sold out of standard magazings, drums, etc.
