Howa 20 inch Heavy barrel, 129gr Nosler ABLR.

I took my Howa 20 inch Heavy Barrel, B&C M40 stock, Oregon Gunsmithing bottom metal. Scope is a Leupold VX Freedom 3x9x40. 2 piece rail mount, medium Rifleman rings, standard trigger. The Oregon Gunsmithing bottom metal takes a little time to break in. I took some snap caps, and worked out the kinks, multiple bolt cycles, load 4, eject all four, start over. Smooth as silk! Load 4, push down on top round, push 5th into chamber
The ammo used is a handload, 129gr Nosler Accubond Long Range. #41 primer, new brass, Lapua/Hornady, 28.2 gr TAC, COAL 2.26 inches. Using JBM, and the come ups 2610fps was estimated. 100 yard zero, 1.4 moa 200 yards, 4 moa for 300 yards, and 7 moa for 400 yards. The energy at 400 yards is an estimated 1195ft/lbs! I load 3 in mine and it worked perfectly from day one without any break-in. I also shoot that bullet and find it all I ever need.

What altitude were you shooting at?

In Louisiana my load for my 25 inch with the 129 ablr is 7.8 moa for 400 yards, it averags 2623 fps.

So given you probably have a altitude advantage on me your numbers look perrty spot on.
