I ordered 2 bags of once fired lapua brass from mark. I received one bag of lapua and one bag of "mostly" lapua. I sent mark an email and he immediately responded apologizing for sending the wrong bag. He sent me a return label and then a new package with around 170 pieces of once fired lapua which was 70 more then i originally ordered or paid for.

Im always impressed with precision firearms even though sometimes there is a wait for his outstanding products. When something is not right he's always fixed it.
