Does anyone happen to know the OD of the Ruger Ranch Grendel at the muzzle? Have a 5.56 Ranch and it’s around .685 but, the Grendel Predator I have is around .740. Wondering if they just chop a Predator barrel down for the Grendel Ranch or it’s a different contour altogether and similar to the 5.56?

They show the same exact weight on the website. And the Grendel has 5/8x24 threads vs 1/2x28 for the 5.56.
I’m guessing the Grendel Ranch has a larger OD!

My Grendel Ranch measures .730 right behind the thread protector. .728 if I force the calipers.
