First timer @ 200yds

I've got my 6.5 AR zeroed at 100 yds and finally have the chance to go to a 200 yd range. How much drop should I expect at 200 yds? Also I dont reload so all I have is Wolf mpt 120gr and the 123 amax. I'll post results I'm going tomorrow

Depends on your mv and scope height, but at such a close range, it's usually roughly 3" if your scope height is 2.5". You will still be well on paper if that's what you're worried about.

thanks for the response no i do not. I dont know the scope height its a SS 10x scope on a burris PEPR mount

Measure your height from center of bore to center of your optic. I'm guessing it will be about 2.5-2.7". You'll be about 3" low at 200yds from a 100yd zero.

Ditto on the 3". I was shooting the Hornady 129 SST zeroed at 100, moved to 200 and it shot 3.5" low.
