Federal 120 OTM - what bullet?

Nothing kills the incentive of men faster than a healthy sense of entitlement. Nothing kills entitlement faster than a healthy sense of achievement.

If I am remembering correctly they are Sierra MatchKings. There was some discussion here when it was first introduced.

I did a search, my search-fu is admittedly weak. I googled it some as well before asking, my google-fu is also pathetic in most cases.

If it involves hot cars or hot women I usually do much better

Here is the thread discussing the release of the Federal American Eagle 120 OTM/SMK. It's believed the bullet is the Sierra 120 grain SMK.

Yes, it's the 120 SMK. I got the phone call while it was being shot at 200 yds. Live data, 1" @ 200 yds. They were proud of targets.

It out performed the 6.5 Creed.

Yes, sometimes less is truly more guys.

If any bullet is pushed too hard= Overdriven, the accuracy can be lessened. Twists, harmonics, lengths, many ideas into the mix.

Good study point for a many here---? I tried to become a ballistician all my life- busy otherwise. Maybe another gent could step up to the plate?

My Barlitien likes the AE 120s as well. My wallet however does not. Since the Hornady black and AE seem to do about the same....Sorry Federal.

Also - word on the street is the brass sucks for reloading. Too soft in the head. Ranks up there with PPU.

I'll have 160 rounds to play with for virgin shots, then reloads to see for myself.

              Catchy sig line here.

                SO:

If you push your bullet too hard, it disintegrates in flight.

The 120gr Federal OTM has been really accurate for me so far.
