My load is tight, 3 shots with two touching and a third making it just under .6 at 100 yds.
    107 TMK
    26.8 gr. H322
    CCI 450 mag primer
    C.O.L. 2.250
    20" SS barrel 1 in 8 twist
My rifle does well with Ramshot Xterminator or H322 powders, 95 Vmax, 100 gr NBT and 100 gr ELD-M.

Range results from today, I'm not a very good small group shooter. This rifle is very accurate, it was pretty obvious when I got a little jumpy.

Here's a post I made trying out the 107TMK in my old 18" barrel

I think the 6.5 Grendel is a fantastic cartridge, mild but yet effective over a wide range of conditions, and of course the fact it fits into the AR platform is just icing on the cake. One of the things that seems to elude us, is a bullet and a powder that just works in everyones gun. Since I am a High Power competitor, I

And here's my new 20" barrel info. I just went out yesterday to chronograph but did not shoot for groups. I'm liking the results with benchmark as all the brass looked identical and no case swipe or ejector marks on any brass. This is from my 20" barrel with suppressor. For comparison, factory 123gr ELMD ammo / 123gr ELDM handloads run an average of 2520 from this barrel. Running the 107s with ARComp from my old barrel (which was too tight of chamber and replaced by MFR) was fast, more consistent SD's accross the board, and all grouped well, but the benchmark seems to give me some good speeds and I like the powder. In chart below the last load was compressed. I'm going to load up a handful of them at the 28.1gr mark and group them and stretch them out to 600 and see how they do.

I just ordered two boxes of these and am going to try them in a Howa Mini, 22" barrel. No worries about ejector swipes and lower pressures required of the AR platform so hoping for around 2700fps. That could make an impressive light hunting rifle.

It's doable, but as I ma learning expensive way, it may not work.

I've been trying with 130gr pills in a Howa loaded to mag length (2.32) trying for a 2550ish velocity. I got some really nice single digit SD/ES, but accuracy sucked. Picked a low SD/ES node and tried seating depth changes in .01 increments, and the results were less than stellar.

I am beginning to grudgingly accept that while you may want the high velocity, you won't get it with acceptable accuracy, and may be forced to take the slower node.

              Catchy sig line here.

I am hoping my results may be better with a custom barrel/chamber. The Howa barrels are very good generally, but a top grade barrel chambered with care should do a bit better job (hopefully!)

Thanks for that, I have both of those powders, will have to pick up a box of bullets.

I found your data on the 107 TMKs with AR Comp to be very informative since that will be the next load I try in my 18" AA Grendel. Will probably start at 28.0 grains and work up. Good stuff.

Good stuff!! Watch for swipe and ejector marks and work up slow. ARComp has been super good powder for me and Benchmark has been great as well. I think Benchmark has been safer with the 107s to get speed and accuracy without pressure signs.

H335 might get you more speed with the 107's but not sure it would do better group size then arcomp or benchmark.

Hey no problem glad too help. I use it with 100 grain bullets and it is the speed king with those, so it might give more with the 107's, never tryed it myself.
