    wolf neck tension

I can't find the thread but i think i remember someone saying they felt that variance in neck tension was part of the inaccuracy issue with the wolf steel case ammo
would running it through a factory crimp die help?

The inaccuracy issues with Wolf ammo is the bullet is only .262 diameter.

...and neck tension. I did not measure, only by feel (pulling with a collet puller, sizing, and insertion of a 123 ELD) 20% - 30% were stupid tight.

Just pulling the bullets for Moscow Match ammo you can tell there is huge variation in neck tension from one round to another, some are truly hard to pull!

I wonder if it is variation in the steel hardness. Primers are sealed right? Anneal some and then neck size (pull the recapping pin &#129488 and fire for accuracy with good bullets against cases that have not been annealed/resized.
