Buffalo Arms sells the media for $7.50 a lb or 5 lbs for $35. I got a tumbler and stainless media from Buffalo Arms for Xmas. Best thing since sliced bread. I'll never go back to vibratory tumblers/media.

I did find a pair of the tiny stainless media stuck in an oversized flash hole in an '06 case, so one does need to check to make sure the case is empty before reloading. However, the end results are certainly worth a little extra care in separating the brass from the stainless media.

I thought that I would post my method of case cleaning using SS media.
First step de-prime case and put into drum.

Tumble for two to four hours.

Pour contents of drum through a fine mesh colander and rinse.

Keep cases immersed in water while you shake the stainless media out of the case. Having the case immersed will allow the media to flow out. In this picture the colander is sitting in a bucket of water.

Watch for media that may get caught in flash holes or necks and remove with needle nose pliers.

Shake out any remaining water with colander. Cases are clean inside and out.

Dry the cases; here they are placed in a dehydrator at 120 for 2 hours.

Some range brass that had been outside for a few years. Before:
