Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered 200 from Midway at $38 a box. Sad to see Midway being almost 25% more and charging sales tax now. For the first time in years, I checked Cheaper than dirt and I said after 2012 I would never order from them again.

Mid south charged me $7.72 to ship and no tax.
