I had some temp issues with 8208, could have been a bad batch, there was some talk a while back on 6BR.com about it. I like Varget with 123 NCC, it is compressed but shoots real good and is not stupid fast. 2360 fps out of a 16" recce barrel. I have some 123 amax hornady loads inbound that I will chrono to compare with my load

AR-Comp is my favorite powder for the Grendel. Not only for the relative temp insensitivity, but also for how my uppers behave when shooting it. Operation seems more smooth and fluid, as recoil impulse isn't so violent and abrupt. Simply stated, it just feels right. Every time I test a different powder, it makes me appreciate AR-Comp even more.
Velocity produced using AR-Comp with bullets between 107gr and 123gr is quite respectable, and accuracy is good too.
A guy on snipershide.com has done some powder testing regarding temp sensitivity. AR-Comp reportedly varied by only 0.09 fps per 1 degree (F) of temp change (or ~1 fps per 10 degrees of temp change). It was actually better than Varget, which is often considered the preferred temp stable powder in a few other cartridges.
