Any load data 123 sst h335

Hello all Grendel newbie and I'm looking for anyone that has load data on 123 SST s with h 335 or IMR 4198 those are the two powders I have at the present time. I loaded some of 23 and 24 grains of 4198 but my speed seems a little slow. My build is a 20 inch heavy barrel with 1 in 8 twist so if anyone's done any bullet loads for that type of system your input would be welcome thank you
Ps mis type that it 20" not 28

123 grain Sierra HPBT 6.5mm Bullet

    Hodgdon Published Data

    Starting Load Max Load
Powder COAL Grains Velocity Pressure Grains Velocity Pressure
    Hodgdon H335 .264" 2.250" 26.0 2,288 37,800 PSI 28.7 2,508 49,800 PSI
    Hodgdon H4198 .264" 2.250" 21.0 2,153 37,700 PSI 23.7C 2,375 50,000 PSI

Not for the Honady 123 grain SST but the best your going to get for pressure tested data for those 2 powders. Just start low and work up.

I would not substitute the SMK for the hdy bullets.
      Hornady's 9th lists max H335 at 26.4 grs.
      No listing for H4198. none.

Pressure signs for the Grendel cartridge do not show up until you're already over pressure.

If you want to shoot the sst's (I like the bullet personally) you need to consider proper powder for it.
Examples: AA2520, CFE223, 8208 xbr, AR comp (data in the Grendel Handbooks), a few others.

In addition you need to get some reloading data books, like the Hodgdon mag, the Grendel Handbooks (from this site), a Hornady book, a Nosler book (some of the Nosler data is online as pdf's).

To reload safely, you need these.

      Safety first.

BobinNC and Grayfox have good info. There are also four loads for theAMAX and H335 at ammoguide.com (https://ammoguide.com/?catid=456).

I just tried some H335 under a 125 Partition last week with good but not stellar. Velocity from my 22? bbl was 2535 avg for top load. Right at 1?. This gun shoots better than that.

But refinement may prove better accuracy.

              Good luck
