It feels nice when 140gr 6.5mm hits steel.

i did not expect those to punch holes in my gong even at 425 yards lol wish the weather would calm down here i really want my 1 mile shots with this load so i can move onto going for 2000y with the 130g rdf's
ive also got some 140g eld-m's here to also test , im expecting the same results with the eld-m's as im getting with the 140g match bthp's just a higher bc with the eld-m

            Just shot this at 1030y
Only thing to say is perfect except for the fact I need a much longer sunshade for my scope

368inched of drop at 1030. Will post vids all at once tonight since I'm going for 1 mile at around 6/7pm tonight

Nice, Mel. I'm really curious about PPV and your velocities/POA and possible spikes with summer temps coming. I would be ecstatic if these loads would work in a 40+ degree temp swing. (And I hope they do).

Heck............I'd be ecstatic if we hit 80 degrees soon in Central Pennsylvania. April was one of the most windy, cold and cloudiest spring months I think I have ever lived through. I mowed my grass once so far. Not conducive to shooting when I had the opportunities.

with the success ive had with the hpbt match bullets i think im going to pick up a box of eld-m 140's today i need to make a choice on 123g sst or 140g sst as well today and start working up loads
prolly be 140 sst's and use my cm when the time comes , ive never had a shot closer then 550y on them in the past 5 years and i have 20 antelope tags and 10 deer tags , was shooting with a 7mm rem mag for the longest time
