Wow RJ, that is nuts. Glad I picked up two boxes when it was $106 before summer. Then picked up some starline. I'm only on first firing in AR and it still looks better then the Federal after first firing.
My Starline brass shipped today so not on back order long.
It appears it may be a while before Lapua 6.5 Grendel is available as well as some other cases. I found the below on the 24Hourcampfire forum.
Suspended Case Letter

Dear Capstone Dealer,
Due to the continued high demand of Lapua cases and the prevailing market conditions impacted especially by the Ukraine situation, Lapua case availability will continue to be limited and delivery times extended. To better serve our civilian and military obligations, we are indefinitely suspending production on a selection of cases. It is our intention to resume production of these calibers as soon as market conditions stabilize.
Open orders for all suspended cases will be cancelled effective immediately. Updated 2023 price lists for all Capstone brands will be
distributed soon. There is no price increase at this time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thanks for the tip, I have also been waiting to purchase from Starline for a while myself, every time I look theirs not even a back order! but I got 1 in this morning!
I also just received shipping conformation today, shows a delivery date of 11-9-22, that's pretty quick IMO for a back order! 3 days from the order date!
Yep, that's what happens to me when I see in stock on the forms, I get there a few days later and it's gone! But not this time! my order arrived today, 500 new shiny cases! I was lacking 6.5Grr brass, I only had a little over 500 Hornady cases to work with, now I have a few more to work with
