        my 8208 loads

        123 smk- 28.6, 2.265 OAL, 2550 fps

        100 NBT- 31.0, 2.260 OAL, 2800 fps

        satern 20", AA brass, CCI450

I have not seen any pressure signs. I did my development in 40+- deg. weather and have shot in up to 80 deg. If I get to shoot this weekend I'll see if that holds for 90+ deg. temps.

          questions:
Since the min-max margins are so narrow for the 6.5 Grendel ..
can I use the same data for 120 gr bullets in the re-loading forum with 120 gr SMK HPBTs?

Can I use Hornady brass with the same data that uses Lapua brass?

            1) Start about 3 grains under max, and work from there.

            2) Yes.

I have thousands of them, whereas finding small rifle primers in my area has been more than difficult for most of the last 3 years.

I would imagine its just the inertia of, "I've used these for so long, its all I use".

I use the same primers and powder for several different guns. Makes it easier keeping a supply of components on hand. I live remote and have no stores with reloading supplies for 300 miles.
