Which smk's are working best in your Grendel's? 120 or 123 smk?

    Tks

I have not put any 123g SMKs through my gun but I have put plenty of the 120g SMKs down range and they are fantastic with any powder primer combos!

The 123's seem less particular about jump to lands than the 120"s in both my 16" Liberty barrel and the 22in. Walther. But both shoot extremely well with just a little work. Kevin

The 120's shoot better than the 123's in my Grendel rifles. The opposite is true in my Creedmoor.

I find that I can get similar accuracy out of either, but the 120 seems less picky about charge and length (at least in my Grendel). For general shooting/plinking I'd go 120 SMK all day, but if you're shooting long range you might want the 123's.

Thanks, I appreciate the responses. The 123's shoot real well in my 18", but I am having issues with my new 20" light. My 18" is a tack driver, but I am having issues getting anything or combo to work anywhere close to my 18". And now I am dealing with winter:-)
