      Re: Berger 115 VLD...

I was under the impression these were based upon the Match 120 BT and given a hunting jacket but are not VLD profile...BA estimated a .480 BC (G1) which would be slightly lower than a VLD BC.

      • was @ the range this afternoon. Compared the new AA 115gr Berger loading to the factory Hornady 123gr loading . Used a Grendel remington and a Grendel CZ 527. 1st thing I noticed was its hard to re assemble the AA boxes once opened. Shot @ 50 yards- the AA load in my Remington made the bolt VERY STICKY no issue with other ammo or rifle. so I stopped using the Remington. CZ Grendel @ 100 yards Hornady load shot about .6 inch, 115AA just a smidgen more, I could detect no difference in bullet impact heigth. But @ 200 yards the AA load strung the bullets horzintaly over about 1 3/4 inch the Hornady loading strung bullets vetriclly over 2 1/4 inch. Again no difference in impacte heigth. I conclude that the AA loading is capable of accuracy and I wonder if one of my grendel chambers is a little different then standared.
