    Advice need please

Ok took my 6.5 deer hunting this morning for some spot and stalk.

While I was walking I noticed a sound of something moving around in my rifle and it sounded like it was coming from my chamber. So when I got back to the truck I checked my mag the ammo in it opened the rifle and found nothing broken are loose are out of place but the rifle back together and tryed to make it do it again and the only time it made the sound is when I have a round in the chamber Itook the mag out and unloaded the round and found these marks on the bullet.

Could something be wrong are is this normal?

Once I got home I was able to find out what the noise was and it's nothing to be worried bout.

The firing pin floats in the AR15, M1 Garand, M14, and several other military rifle designs that are self-loaders.

Looks like the feed ramp marks. That is normal.

+1 that v shaped mark on the bullet is from sharp feed ramps and is normal, esp with a newer build.

I de-edge, blend, and polish the feed ramps and barrel extension on all my builds.

If not too much trouble, could you post a photo of
What feed ramps look like when finished?
