My return home allowed me to finish 2 new projects, finally....

I finally moved back to my home in FL. That meant I had all of my hobbies and parts that had been accumulated for almost 2 years.

I was able to get the optic I needed and finished these 2 (apologies for the crappy cell phone pics):

    Up front, the 18" Grendel

    In back, the 22" Creedmoor

And they join their older brother, my first Grendel (20")

Looks like a range trip tomorrow to get these young'uns sighted in.

Thanks LRRPF52. That is the first Grendel I built up a while back. I can say I love that rifle. I don't see it changing or leaving my grubby hands anytime soon. The first time I shot it is what got me hooked on the Grendel.

Concerning that 18". I originally wanted an 18" when I built the 20". Now I have built one and I am afraid to shoot it. Your info and post are what prompted me to put it together. A friend wants it, but I think if I shoot it I will just want to keep it...

WC, keep them all! Let your friend get his own Grrr. All of us had to find a way to get one---2-3.

Sneaky one, I hear ya. Only thing I can say is that if he does get it, it'll be replaced with another. This time maybe it'll be a bolt gun.

Then again, the other 2 are heavy and I'm really liking the feel of that 18" for a handy rifle.
