    I just looked up Barnes load data for the 123gr TSX-BT .310" bullet for 16.5" AK.

    You're averaging over 200-260fps faster than all of their max loads in a much stronger action.

    I then checked Hodgdon's load data for 7.62x39 with CFE BLK in a pressure test breach with 24" barrel, then ran their max load through a 16" barrel model. Again, you're 210fps faster than you should be with the listed max load by Hodgdon's.

    What type of 7.62x39 AR bolt are you using? You will crack it around the cam pin hole or shear the 2 lugs adjacent to the extractor pocket with that load if you continue to shoot it. You're exceeding the CIP chamber pressure specs of 7.62x39 by a substantial margin.
