OK, I jumped on the Grendel band wagon the "lazy" way, I bought a PSA pistol lower, and 12" upper already assembled. I know for shame...but I wanted a better smaller deer and critter gun than the 870 slug gun.
I got the lower last week, the upper, D&H mag, and Fed Fusion came yesterday. Both of the PSA parts looked well made, no apparent issues. D&H mag is a hefty little thing, only issue I could find is the underside of the feed lips was sharp (burred?).
I cleaned the upper and lubed it up, de-burred the feed lips and it was off to the range.
35 degrees with a 10-15 knot cross wind, that is why it is a very rough report...IT WAS DARN CHILLY and the ground is soaked so I didn't go prone.
At 50 yards, I shot 10 rounds of 120 gr Fusion, no feeding or extraction problems, bolt locked back after each of the first 5 single loaded rounds, loaded 2 rounds in the mag, fed and functioned fine. 3 rounds worked fine as well. I did not have to do any adjustment to the gas block. I will monkey with it on a nicer day.
I can't give a fair assessment of the accuracy, my rest was a chair back with a bag on it, not real steady. I still got the 7 rounds I shot at the bull in a 3" group. It was cold, I was shivering, and my rest was not real stable. I can see the potential for some good accuracy with solid prone shooting. For now it will be fine for Bambi.
Once I get a better day I will update.

OK I had a little better weather today and used a sandbag at 100 yd from a fairly stable picnic table with a 2-7X Leupold rimfire scope. (It wasn't attached to a rifle)
Fed Fusion 120 gr, PSA 12" upper on PSA SBA3 EPT lower. Temp upper 40's, minimal breeze. D&H 10 round mag.
The goods:
30 rounds shot today, no problems from the gun or the mag. D&H 10 round mag had very sharp feed lips when I got it, i ran a file on the inside of the lips and knocked the bur off. It does in fact hold and feed 10 rounds, I didn't try to stuff 11 in.
The not so goods: The best I could do today was just under 4 inch groups with the scope at 7X. My accuracy with Fed Fusion is adequate for what I am using this upper for: Inside 100 yd shots at deer sized game. I will get some Hornady SST and a few other hunting type loads to try to see if I can reduce group size.
Overall I am OK with the accuracy with Fusion for what I bought the upper for. I would like a 1 MOA gun, but this will work for now.
A better shooter could prob. get better results, but I only shoot so good: standing on one leg, weak hand strong eye, with my back to the target, using a mirror!

Update 1/9/19
I put a Primary Arms 1X6 ACSS scope in a PA mount on, and removed the muzzle break which was torqued TIGHT. I put a thread protector on and adjusted the gas block to bolt hold open with Wolf Mil Classic.
Yesterday the weather was clear and about 60 deg, wind was 10-15 knots crossing the range.
I shot 25 rounds of Wolf at 100 Yd, prone on a sandbag rest. I need to get a rear bag to really stabilize myself. Not unhappy with a 5.5 inch group, it would have been half the size but the fliers opened it up.
Today the weather was 20 deg cooler and still windy. Prone with a sandbag at 100 Yd.
I tried Fusion, ELD, and SST with interesting results.
Fusion and ELD gave me 1 3/4 inch 5 shot groups. I only shot 5 rounds of each. My first Fusion groups were 3 to 4 inches, so a steadier rest, some break in rounds, a non rimfire scope, removing a very tight muzzle break, and adjusting the gas block may have helped.
The SST didn't give me a very good group it was 2 3/4 inch.
I think out of curosity I will remove the barrel and true the receiver face, polish the feed ramps, and re-torque the barrel. I am curious to see if it gives me a vast improvement in group sizes, and I've never assembled an upper so I will get practice.
