I ordered a neptune 5 with a 24" lothar walther barrel. I'm a month overdue. Apparently all of the annondizing companies in his area were backed up. Since I also ordered a matched lower, I had to wait until the lowers got in from being annodized. Mark has been great as far as customer service so far. Other than waiting an extra month, he's ok in my book. I can't wait to get this thing.

landon,,if i'm not mistaken,the neptune 3 [which i have] is a 264 ,not a grendel..also it's also it's advertised as having a 'chromed national match carrier and phosphated bolt' somehow mine turned into plain old black..i've had two bad experiences buying high dollar firearms through the internet and i'm done.put everything together myself from now on..hope yours is a good experience and all goes well..regards..

Mine is advertised with a National Match Carrier also. What did Mark say when your rifle showed up with a phosphate carrier and bolt instead of the NMC? Just curious since this is my first transaction with him.

Second Strike, I sent you a email today regarding the problems you have had with our Upper and the follow-up service. I also have in my records that the upper was a Neptune II modification with Billet receiver Hogue hand guard. The Carrier upgrade was never discussed. Neptune II has never had a chromed carrier due to it being a entry level upper.

I have a 223 upper from Mark and another 223 rifle on order from him. It is the Katana with a lilja barrel. I am hopeing to get under 1/2 moa with the new gun. The old upper I have from him shoots .6-.75 moa all day long with match ammo. Which is what he said it would do.
I have ordered Eotech sights, nightforce scopes and now on his recommendation a vortex scope for the new set up.
He does seem to be very busy {Mark} but I am also a small buisness owner and I can under stand things get a little crazy at times.
I believe mrk is nothing but a straight shooter. I also am looking into getting a grendel upper from him as soon as my new rifle is finished.

You know he's busy when he's building uppers at gun shows everytime I've seen him ...I don't own one of his uppers but have purchased parts and ammo/supplies from him and his wife at every show I've seen him at....and he gives good, no BS advice free of charge.overall great guy to talk to...if I didn't like building everything myself he'd be a top pick for completes..

I just ran into Mark last weekend at a gun show I was at. Mark has always treated me very well I will say his booth is always busy and he has added more help. As a dealer he has done good by us so give him a chance he will do right by you.
