Primary Weapon Systems 12.5 would be pretty sweet with a suppressor. Hard to beat the long stroke piston design. Would like the old school adjustable gas block instead of the three position.
What manufacturers would you like to see add 6.5 Grendel to their line-up?

I second the Ruger/S&W/Springfield. I think something like a slightly scaled down Browning BAR (the hunting rifle) would be pretty cool too. The Stalker version is already very light, shorten the barrel to 20" and you'd have a pretty handy light hunting rifle for open season herd animals. My grandpa's WWII Bomber Pilot memoir:

For me, it would be an aesthetic choice -- the AR is very functional.
But, the BAR grabs my traditional vein and shakes it!shootersnotes.com
