I wish I could torque my action screws to 75 ft/lbs (howa plastic is a no go)

Did you ever shoot the Fusion?

Yes I did and they averaged about the same at 100yds but didn’t try them at 200yds. So I guess I have 2 options to work with. My next test is to try shooting at milk jugs at 200 yds to check for terminal performance.

The one thing I did notice is I didn’t have to make any elevation adjustments at 200 yds. Wish I had a chrony to see how fast they’re running.

Torque for the Howa action screws is 52 INCH pounds. FtLb would squish the bottom plate like a nnylon washer and never reach torque.

So took out RAP today and it was shooting 3 round groups like this consistently with 123 Black Ammo. Now I did notice that I needed clean the barrel after every 10 rounds or so to keep this kind of accuracy. No improvement with factory Fusion. 100 BT still shooting the same.
