Duh! I had given up hope and stopped looking around.

One thing to check, however, is whether the trigger is mounted on the lever like the BLR. The BLR trigger moves with the lever, obliging the Browning engineers to put a lot of margin in the trigger pull for safety reasons. Consequently the 7lb pull and long creep before hammer drop in my BLR could not be reduced.

If the trigger remains attached to the receiver while the lever is actuated, then there is a chance a decent trigger pull can be realized.

The other thing I noticed in the Long Ranger images is there is no band holding the barrel and front stock together. That bodes well for free floating.

If they ever make a single shot in .22 Hornet, the 6.5 Grendel reamer will clean up the chamber after the barrel has been rebored. I did that with a .22 Hornet H&R Handi rifle.

so 6mm is covered, agree though, if they throw the Grendel and Creedmoor 6.5's into the mix they will be all set!
