So after a year of procrastination I dusted off one of my original internal magazine designs, tweaked it and made a working prototype.
I have been keeping this project under wraps until I had a fully functional prototype in my hands.
I had to toy with internal geometry to get rounds to feed without modification to the gun itself. The prototype holds 4 rounds and has a hinged floorplate with an Oberndorf style floorplate latch. The parts will be hard anodized like my other units and will have the same finish.
Only some new fixturing is necessary and my next batch of material arriving and I will start my first production run.
Here it is installed in my first production run B&C M40 stock. This internal box is not as sensitive to inlet depth as the removable magazines.
