Howa ejector removal

Have any of you pulled yours out of your mini? It looks like it comes out by roll removal just like the Rem 700 but I'd sure like to hear first hand experience if it exists.

Yes, simple punch out but if I remember correctly it has to be punched from the bottom and then replaced through the top. If I few taps don't get it moving reverse that order but it is not difficult.

Is it a roll pin or taper pin? I assume roll pin, so why would it go in/out 1 way?

I just removed and replaced my ejector. It's just a roll pin, goes in either way.
