I’ve never seen those markings on a 6.5 Grendel bolt. My initial thought is 6.5 Grendel bolt with .136 bolt face depth which is the bolt used on the Faxon barrels I’ve seen. Maybe someone else will chime in.
The 6.5 Grendel designation is for .136 bolts (type II). It was defined to use a .136 bolt.
264 LBC is for .125 bolts (type I).
Even BHW uses this designation and does not cross the two even though they shoot the same ammo.
