Toolcraft NiB BCG sent back to Toolcraft

It appears I got an out of spec NiB BCG from Toolcraft. Narrowed cycling problems down and also had pressure signs showing. New nitrided Tool craft BCG seems to be running just fine.

How did you decipher the bcg was the problem?

Went through 3 buffers checked the gas block, different lower. Talked to BA amd Aero finally a guy at Springco. Last one to be eliminated was the BCG..Nitride Toolcraft BCG I ordered works fine and so far cycles correctly even with starting reload.
