Finally Found One

I've been going out checking pastures pretty near every night since the last kill around the first of May. I finally found a nice single boar "submerged" in the tall weeds. He finally got where I could see enough to I.D. and made a broadside shoulder shot without leaning on a fence post or anything This old man shakes a bit after a little stalk, but it "turned out good". Using 123g SST loaded to 2500fps(as of the last time I chronoed). No exit wound, bang flop. I kept waiting on him to jump up, because I couldn't see what he was doing down in the weeds. He never came up, and I was fortunate to walk right to him. I'll sleep much better tonight
