Best night yet in this corn field. These three make 8 boars killed in this field and not the first sow. I got to within 50 yards of the first boar and dropped him in his tracks. There was another with him that I got two solid hits on before he made it into the woods (with my hearing, for me to hear the thump of the bullet means it was a solid hit) Lol. Second hog came in about 15 minutes later with me standing next to the one I had just killed. He walked out and gave me a good shot. He was dead in his tracks at 113 steps. Number three came wandering in from the East about 20 minutes later and at 115 steps he got his first dose of Grendel. He went down and came back up running, but the second dose put his lights out.
