If you really love your family, you'd go hunting. You know...isolate. Just sayin'.

mtnlvr has hit it spot on! What better place to isolate than in a hunting stand.

Go hunting, not for yourself, do it for the ones you love!

These latest variants seem milder and supposedly everyone will catch it eventually. I think I caught a mild case back in June but never tested. My wife had symptoms different than me and was sick about a week. I was glad to catch it as I decided to go back to normal activities once the milder strains became prevalent. No lingering side effects for wife or I.

Most of my relatives have gotten Covid, just part of new norm.

Chuck, if you feel well enough to hunt go hunt. Society seems to be over Covid even if the government is still interested because of the power and money.

I felt bad for a few days early on in the Covid thing but thought nothing of it, not as bad as a cold can get. Later I had what I thought might be Covid (sneezing, headaches and muscle pain)and treated myself with quinine, vitamin d and zinc. Felt better in about the same amount of time. Was never sure I had it until a doctor checked me for antibodies and found them. Asked me if I had been vaccinated and I said no. Were you ever real sick and I said I haven't had the flue in a couple years. So I guess from now on my Covid problems are behind me.

Sorry to hear that. My wife has had it for over two weeks now, so I wondered if you were coughing very bad. It's tough to sneak up on animals when you are coughing.
I hope you get well soon!

I hope you feel better soon. It took my Wife more than two weeks to feel pretty much herself again and finally test negative. She still coughs a little (at 3 weeks). Apparently the latest variant, Omicron, is less likely to put you in the hospital, but tends to hang around longer than the previous versions. In other words, don't worry if it takes more than just a few days before you are back 100%. Don't push too hard as soon as you begin to feel better since some folks have been having relapses.

Great advice Fess, my MD told me exactly the same thing to take it easy.
