Daughter filled her first big game tag with an antelope. With a few good choices to use she chose the 20" Anderson lowered, Gemtec suppressed AR toped with a cheap firefield 1-6 lpvo shhoting 123eld and arcomp. The yardage was 325 and needed a finish shot (poor trigger yank on the first round)
Great trip though as the critter count was higher than expected. We saw plenty of bucks a few does and VERY few fawns(next year aint gonna be any better for #) We did however see 5 coyotes(@500+ & MOVING ), a couple of bobcats, a herd of elk and 14 full curl Rocky Mountain sheep. A couple of prairie dogs here and there but not enoigh to warrent shooting. I've still got an antelope tag but no hurry on filling and probably will eat it if a freak or booner is not found.
