IMO, take down the see-thru when hunting at night. Just use the open window. The lack of outside light will make it just as difficult for them to see anything inside as with it up.
    See-thru stuff is for daytime.
I have a couple ground blinds too, not doing any elevated shooting any more unless it's in an elevated box, already built.

Doing great, I have my rough days but not complaining!
Even with the see-thru, I'd still pop down some of it to look through unobstructed... that's just me.
I've got a barronet and a rhino-compact guy, all closed in but w/ windows and stuff...
My blood's a little thinner now at 7 decades+, so I'll take a bit of warmth inside lol!

        Go get 'em!!

That all being said, if it's laser the see-thru stuff would impede it, but true thermal (IR) ought to still work. Might be a little backscatter from the netting, or some fuzziness if you're using an IR light to project.
Set it up in your back yard one night and give it a try...

            Fox,
Looking at the Barronet as well. My balance is not what it used to be and one of my knees is shot to heck.

Glad you are doing well & thanks for helping me.
