Video that can explain a little bit more about it and it’s performance.
If you visit Lehigh defense and select bullets then use the sidebar for different categories you will see that this bullet comes up for hunting in the 6.5 Grendel and also there is load data there. The powder I use is Reloader-15.
It’s just like all the other solid copper bullets out there. On Coyotes I always try to smash the shoulders and with this bullet it does it, complete pass-through minimal pelt damage. I hunt edges of dense cedar bogs where the deer yard up for the winter. Can’t have them running off in that environment after the shot. Deer as well. Hunting Maine all my life and thinking, my longest shot was just over a hundred paces.
I’ve always tried to be a one bullet man that’s why I reload and tweak the load to the gun and with that I just grab the gun and ammo and go don’t have to worry or think about the day of the hunt. I’m ready!
