    First post First Build

    I completed the build of this one on Friday.

    Specifications:

    Lower:
    Wilson Combat Cerro forged Lower
    Sionics LPK
    VLTOR A5 RE, Buffer, Spring
    Magpul CTR Stock
    Geissele SSA-E trigger replacing MBT-2S tomorrow
    HK Combat Grip

        I will, I didn't realize these things wouldn't work with regular magazines, so am waiting until my E-Lander mags arrive. Hoping they work well.

        Imagine my surprise at the mess I made stuffing 123g ELD Match rounds into a regular AR15 magazine as I do my 450BM and 458 SOCOM.

          I accidentally brought some 5.56 ten round mags to the range once when I was intending to test some 6.5 Grendel hand loads. At first I thought I was screwed and would have to drive 45 minutes back home having wasted my time. Turns out 5 Grendel rounds would fit just fine in the ten round mags.

            That is good to know, I only tried a 30 round mag and it was pretty easy to see as I was trying to get them out of the magazine there was something wrong. I'll have to try a 10 round mag today to see how it works.
