      OK - so he did the OCW at 200yrds and the Ladder at 400yrds. That answers my first question. Watched as he went through the interpretation... I think the OCW nodes were more clear...

        If you are certain enough of your shooting and have real confidence that you don't pull or push any shots...
        then an OCW approach will work. As for me, I'm not as certain of my abilities in that, so I have adopted a more physics-engineering approach, and let the mechanics speak to me about what is working and what doesn't. After all, MV and SD don't depend on where the shot lands on paper. For that reason I use the optimal barrel timing theory.
