Some 100 yard groups...

No they are not...

Some 5 shot groups at 100 yards...These groups were out of my BCA 6.5 upper...
120 ELD A2520 28.5 grains OAL 2.260...
120 Barnes Match A2520 28.5 grains OAL 2.260...

What muzzle velocity are you getting with these loads?

Im using A2520 with a 97gn Hammer and thinking of trying a heavier bullet sometime.

Low 2400s in the 18 inch barrel and 2490s in the 22 inch barrel...

I was able to use a chronograph for the 22 inch barrel for 10 rounds and all velocities were high 2480s and low 2490s...

Wow, thats a really low velocity Extreme Spread... no wonder your groups are really good. I haven't been able to get my ES down that low and looking into it, maybe a heavier bullet is the sweet spot with a Grendel.
