    ar15 bore guide?

I'm in need of a bore guide for my new 6.5 Grendel upper and I have looked all over the internet with no results. Do you guys know of a company/store that I can order one from?
    thanks

I use this one from Tipton.
The Tipton RAPID Deluxe Bore Guide Kit contains several great tools that ensure the safest, easiest, and most effective cleaning possible. RAPID allows you to easily align and secure a patch for solvent application, then holds it with the correct amount of tension for perfect jag penetration.  When the rod is pushed into the RAPID, it automatically releases the patch.  It also keeps harmful solvents off your gun's finish in the process. A bore guide will help protect the bore and action of your rifle by properly aligning the cleaning rod and reducing solvent overflow. Cleaning without a bore guide can allow the rod to "bow" and rub or gouge the chamber and throat of the bore causing real damage and loss of accuracy. Keeping the rod properly aligned not only protects your barrel, it properly directs the force exerted on the cleaning rod handle, allowing tight patches to be pushed safer and easier. Features new RAPID patch insertion device that aligns and holds patch in place RAPID cuts cleaning time and reduces solvent mess Reduces solvent leakage into gun's action Ensures proper rod alignment for easier cleaning Bore guides protect chamber & bore from damage Anodized aluminum tube for durability Integrated solvent port Kit includes 4 muzzle guides Inserts & secures into the bolt position Fits most bolt action rifles & AR-15s Convenient storage case included

I've had a Dewey for many years and when I bought mine they only sold one model. I see now they have several different caliber bore guides listed at Brownell's. I just checked the diameter on my bore guide and it is .35 and I have used it on my 5.56 and 6.5 Grendel AR's. I also use a Dewey rod which I've had for several years. Brownell's still show the Dewey bore guide in stock.

I have Tipton and Dewey guides, but for what I consider the "best of the best", I have Lucas Bore Guides. Mike Lucas lives just a few miles down the road from me, and is very (VERY) low tech in his marketing, but for my precision bolt guns (and my Grendel) I like his guides. You can google "Lucas Bore Guide" and see lots of reports on them but here is a good one: http://www.6mmbr.com/catalog/item/1433308/954882.htm

Ha, unless you have a VERY strict wife or are very, very financially disciplined, there is no "end"! After you think you have bought the latest and greatest that your budget can afford, you start itching to upgrade. And when you shoot multiple calibers and weapon systems, the gadgets and gear expands seemingly exponentially. Sigh....

i retired at the end of 2010 and decided i needed a hobby, wound up becoming addicted to Savage and all that neat stuff! lately i have found myself messing around with AR's. your right, it never ends. i'm always finding more parts i need or want and lack the funds to buy at the time so i wait, hate to wait! on the brite side it keeps me out of trouble!LOL! usually when i go shooting i take 3 guns with me, 2 bolt guns and my ar in 223. soon i will have my upper in 264lbc completed and take that along too. lots of fun is all i can say and worth the money! jsut wish i had more of the money!!!LOL
