Okay boys,
I ordered 3 replacement detents and springs, and the day they came in I found my "lost" set(oh well), so everything is back to normal! A5, that "different hold" that you speak of to run an AR has got to be the missing piece for me, as I have zero training on the AR(my time was way before the AR), so I will concentrate on getting the Grendel scoped to fit me and try to watch out for AR shooters at my local range to copy. My local range is just eat-up with benchresters and black powder shooters, so I really doubt I'll get much help there.
