All is not lost with the PT&G reamed chamber . I have a barrel chambered by PT&G and others I'm pretty sure are chambered by AA aproved sources. There are some extraction problems in the PT&G chamber with some of "AA factory (Hornady brass)" ammo that extract just fine in the AA chambers. BUT Hornady FACTORY ammo shoots and extracts just fine in both. So does Wolf factory ammo. So does all the cases of Lapua brass (after ful length re sizing) reloaded ammo I've tried. I have had sticky chambers using reloaded Hornady cases in the PT&G reamed barrel. I haven't blown myself up yet with >1k rounds out of the PT&G chamber-and it is accurate. So I conclude- my PT&G chamber works just as well as AA chambered WITH SELECTED LOADS.
