Lancer AWM

Has anyone tried modifying the Lancer AWM mags for Grendel use? By the looks of them they have the space to feed properly, I have tried loading them as is and ran into sloppy seating. My guess is light mag spring and improper follower. My idea for them is based on their ability to feed .458 socom reliably, so why not Grendel? I attempted to swap follower and spring to no avail, the Grendel follower is a smidge too wide. Ideas are greatly appreciated...

UPDATE!!!! Question answered... Here is the email sent back from them for anyone looking at this.

Thank you for contacting us.

We have looked at the Grendel but found that the case diameter is too wide, when compared to the needed, wall thickness in polymer mags to allow for proper stacking.

Oh, I am quite sure, and a few members here that tried to make their Pmags work figured that out, the polymer bulges out after so many cases.

Magpul always replied "We have no plans to make a 6.5 magazine at this time"
