After much time spent searching and practicing my google-fu, I have come up mostly empty handed. I see single shot followers for 5.56/223, but nothing specific to the 6.5 Grendel. I would like to do some accuracy testing with handloads in a few months which I prefer to do by single feeding. Are there any products I've overlooked? Will the 5.56 specific ones work, or am I going to have to make my own?

They now make one for 224 Valkyrie 6.8spc 6mm i would give that a try. -
I've used a 223 mag with a sled and it fed the Grendel fine. The shell just sits on top of the follower. Here is a link to the one I use but they are currently backordered.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure how I didn't spot the Bob sled at Midway USA... I am on their site quite often. I think the aluminum follower is in my near future. I might try to make my own Bob sled lookalike since I have a couple blocks of hard plastic in the garage if the follower doesn't satisfy.Comment
