Liking the MOA reticle. May jump on this since the cost is good. Have a vortex with chineese glass thats pretty good sitting on a AR 22.

Like I said in the Vid, I like the Vortex Strike Eagle but, the reticle is too thick and heavy for me.....
I was able to get some really tight shots @ 100-300 yards even with Russian Wolf steel case stuff.

Too bad there's no MIL version. Wonder why?

I've got that covered - but competition is welcome. You know I'm sure, that's a pretty tough market, it has to be right, or it will bomb out quickly and in flames of hellfire - and with the loud and self righteous squeals of the gleeful optic snobbery that accompanies that crowd.

Seriously, I want a Mil version of that 1-8 for my 12.7.

Yea, I would venture MIL and FFP stuff will be coming in the next year to try.

If they had a reticule more like what is in the Athlon talos btr, and keep all the features their scope has now. Moa or mil I would get that over the athlon 8 days out of 7.

I have the Talos BTR 4-14 and had the 1-4 for a lil bit.
I am really not liking the glass quality at all in the Talos line, the Argos is about as low as I would go; I love the Midas TAC for sure.
For the Talos, I see distorted colors and it just does not focus like the others.... I agree the Athlon Reticles as very nicely designed.
This Swampfox 1-8x seems a better quality in glass than Talos line up.
I will be getting a Nexus mount so hopefully I can show the differences in the future.

Yea I love my Argos 4-20 on my howa. To bad they discontinued the Argos line up. Are I think they did, I was on their site a few nights ago and it wasn't listed anymore.

Haven't ordered the talos yet but will be soon, few other scopes are closer to what I want in most other features but the crazy half circle squiggle lines going every direction reticle just kill it for me. So have to settle on some features to have a better reticle.

I like the swampfox scopes will be keeping a close eye on them.

I have not heard the Argos line up being discontinued..... they are still on the website and still listed in alot of stores.
If you're looking for a reliable, durable, and top rated rifle scope, take a closer look at our Argos BTR family of rifle scopes.

Just went double checked their site and yep the non btr Argos line is gone.

That's what I noticed the other night. Good thing I got my Argos 4-20 when I did. Maybe I can snatch a few close outs for dirt cheap and squirrel them away.
