Nice, actually. Perhaps the perfect Grendel optic. Perhaps. I'm hearing 2K street price Bigs. Still a hard pass for me. I can get pretty darned close for half that, especially used. And wait, in four months, the Gen 2 1-6, which are very nice indeed will be all over for exactly that.

I don't think they are using all of the reticle properly.

They need to fill the empty parts of the reticle with more dots, lines, and numbers.

Looks cool. But I will pass. Reticule is to cluttered and busy for my taste and ffp just ain't worth the money.

Now if they copy the gen2 pst and make it a 1-10 I will be all over that.

You can have target turrets that suck for movement and field use, or capped turrets with a stadia reticle.

For the LVPO market, the stadia-based reticle makes the most sense.

This is meant to be a CQB to LR optic that replaces a red dot, while providing plenty of glass clarity, magnification, and usable reticle for practical shooting.

Everyone has different wants. I like the 34mm tube at 21.5oz. Ffp with daylight illumination is a big plus making it work similarly to a red dot at 1x. If im reading it right the center point of aim dot is either 1moa or 0.2 mils which is larger then i personally like but for its intended uses it's fine. I like exposed turrets with a less cluttered reticle but other people will like what this has to offer. At a 2k street price or $1700 through their leo military discount it puts it at the same price as the nightforce nx8 but has more to offer.
