Got all fired up to order one and started going through the process, scope plus a throw-lever. Then I noticed they collect CA sales tax. (Not all online suppliers do.) $75 added to the order. I don't want to give CA that money! LOL Sometimes it's hard to avoid.
It's still an amazing deal.

I ended up buying a Viper PST G2 16x from. From what I can determine on the web, it's very close in many ways to the Razor. And it is a little lighter than this $900 version. My reasoning was that the Viper is $300 cheaper. That $$ would get a nice scope mount with a lot of change back.
Received it very fast! Next-day free shipping. Nice scope. Nicer to look through than my Gen1 PST 1-4x, which this scope would be replacing for the most part. Definitely a little chunkier though and noticeably heavier than the Gen1.... which I kind knew going in actually.
So now I'm reading all the virtues of the Delta Stryker 1-6x. Seems to have all the benefits of the PST Gen2 and weighs a quarter-lb lighter. I'm thinking about checking one out. Boxed up my PST Gen2 while I think about it. Unfortunately, right now I'd need to order a Styker out of Europe---Not finding on in stock domestically at the moment. Wouldn't be terrible to have one sent over, unless I decide I want to return it! LOL At least from Europe there's no sales tax applied.Last edited by SDW; 01-15-2022, 01:46 PM.

Thanks imaguy3. I did see that too at some point. Trying to avoid Amazon purchases for stuff like this. The vendor selling it through Amazon there is this little company:
....which I know nothing about. I'd think about buying direct from them if I went with an American seller. I see that their site isn't secure. Cert is out of date. That bugs me. And it's cheapest out of Europe, even with a $35 shipping fee.
To add, I am reading that these scopes have really jumped up in price. Going rate was ~$700 a year ago. Now I'm not seeing it for less than $849 today, out of US sellers.Last edited by SDW; 01-15-2022, 02:06 PM.

Doing a little more reading on the Delta Stryker. Found this thread on SH.com. One contributor to the thread is Charles Follett, who is the owner of DarnFineShot apparently. Thread covers the history of pricing. A year ago, when the Stryker was $690, the scope had Mil reticle but MOA turrets. Then the factory fixed that inconsistency and raised the pricing a bit. It's why the price jumped up to ~$850.
Koshkin 's posts here and his YouTube video made me realize the delta Stryker might be the sleeper of the lpvos currently on the market. Daylight bright, good glass, 1-6 power, decent reticle with wind marks, only 17 ounces, and one website is showing them for $720! Why is this not mentioned...
Also activity in there by other notables, such as Ilya Koshkin and our own OP, LRRPF52.
