Burris 30mm signature "z" rings

Guys,
been looking for 30 mm burris signature "z" rings and can not find them. I tried sinclair, graf and midway. Midway says they expect them in around december 16. What's going on?????

I just looked at swfa.com and it appears they have them. They aren't marked as out of stock anyway.
