    optics issues

I just recently got a new to me 24" upper and mounted the same scope I had on my 16" upper but decided to go with the Nikon m-308 mount. I went to the range to sight in and my elevation was as expected but my windage I'd bottomed out to get close to bullseye . Just wondering if anyone here has had similar issue or has good trouble shooting advice. Thanks

Were you also using the Nikon mount on your 16" upper? If so, it sounds like a barrel alignment problem with the new upper. If this is the first time you've used the Nikon mount, it's likely the culprit. Unfortunately it's not uncommon with that mount.

Nikon mount is new to the equation, decided to get it because of the extra height and built in moa. It looks like one step forward and two steps back, anyone know if Nikon will make good on this ?

You should go with the AAD mount. 20 MOA built in plus an integral bubble level.

I have to agree, get the Aadmount, really worth the price. Awesome workmanship.
