I contacted the primal rights website to see if it's legal to ship overseas. ITAR regs and all that.
If they say it's legal then maybe I can help you.
    there's a 3+1 and a 10-round aics version.

      Thanks grayfox!
Is it 3+1 or 4+1? Looks to be 4+1 according to the webpage.
Either way, the one that I need is not for 10-rnd.

All AR parts are covered by ITAR and require a DSP83 for export.

Figured that. however, the AICS mags are for bolt action. They m ight still be covered, that's why I'm contacting the vendor, primal rights, of these parts, haven't heard back from them yet.

              Second,
Good news! I was referred by the Primal rights people to SG Precisioin, who I guess makes the parts.

              My question:
"I saw the Primal rights 6BR AICS Conversion Kit.
They referred me to you guys, so question, is this kit an ITAR regulated thing, can it be shipped overseas.
              Thanks."

Here is their response I just received this afternoon:
"It is not an ITAR item. We can ship it overseas without issue. We also ship them without any identification. The invoice says "Spring Kit" and no one has ever come back to question us. We can also sell it as a "repair part" so you don't pay incoming taxes. "

SGPrecisionLLC.com, the email came from greg@SGPrecisionLLC.com

Email or contact them, they seem able to ship directly to you.
If any more troubles then maybe let me know.
